Bore water has been discovered to contain significant amounts of minerals like sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate, and iron (novatron.net.au). This makes it hazardous for irrigation as well as for human and livestock consumption. The water treatment technology developed by Moerk's can turn a bore water purification plant into a safe resource. Iron and mineral removal as well as membrane desalination were among the methods we used to treat groundwater.
