Bar Cartoner The HD-LSP - Heavy Duty Linear Servopack Autoload Cartoner brings high-speed collating for your production line. This automatic cartoner can handle speeds at over 500 products per minute. This heavy-duty cartoner is ideal for sachets, bars, tubes, pouches, and other flow-wrapped product.

This application featured an AFA Delta 3 Robot collating bars at 500 ppm. The system's main drives are servo-driven and feature Allen Bradley Controls.

the HD-LSP incorporates the patent-pending Sure-Load™ carton closing system. The Sure-Load™ is a carton closing rail system that ensures product does not have the opportunity to fall out of the carton during flap closing operation.
