Best ORS Maps List God Wars, Slayer Cave and More

The map for OSRS are created using modified versions of RuneLite MapImageDumper software. It uses the game cache to create the maps. It allows for easily updated maps.

There are so many different locations in OSRS. There are a lot of different areas in Old School RuneScape (OSRS) as well it is common to spend time traveling between different regions. Unfortunately, the open world map in OSRS isn't all that impressive. It takes some time to find and open the maps for areas like those in the God Wars Dungeon or the Slayer Cave.

It turns out that it's much simpler and faster to utilize external maps online rather than using the maps built into the game. Here's a selection of the Best OSRS Maps List for the most popular regions.

OSRS Slayer Cave Map

Under the Tree Gnome Stronghold, the Slayer Cave is where you'll spend the majority of your time working on slayer tasks.

If you're just beginning to learn about slayer, it can be quite difficult to navigate across the Slayer Cave. The best map is to use the old school RuneScape Wikia map available here. This showcases the arrangement and layout of Slayer Cave and explains what monsters are in each area.

OSRS Stronghold of Security Map

Since it is the case that Stronghold of Security is multi-leveled it can be extremely difficult to find the map that covers every floor in detail.

One of our top Stronghold of Security maps is the map that is viewed from tip.it. The map highlights every floor within the Stronghold of Security and labels the various areas. The entire map is available here.

OSRS Underground Pass Map

The Underground Pass dungeon is one of the most challenging areas to make your way through without the aid of a map. Because of the huge size of the dungeon and the distinct parts that it has you'll require multiple maps to make your way through it.

We suggest taking an examination of our Underground Pass guide on the Old School RuneScape Wikia page. It includes all maps that are available for each of the sections in the Underground Pass dungeon. You can look up the map guide here.

OSRS Fairy Ring Map

Because Fairy Rings are spread out throughout the entirety of RuneScape, a good Fairy Ring map needs to show the world in the most straightforward way possible.

According to our experience, the easiest map to use was made by an anonymous Reddit user of the subreddit /r/2007scape. The map lists all the Fairy Ring locations and their respective codes, allowing you to quickly teleport through the world by taking a quick look the map. The map is accessible here.

Wilderness Map

Utilizing the built-in map in the Wilderness is extremely risky. In doing so, you're in no position to keep the eye on any of the players who might pose a danger to you.

We'd suggest using the Wilderness map from the Old School Wikia whenever you explore the Wilderness. By using this map, you can keep track of where you are and also keep track of the activities around you within OSRS.

You can view the full zoomable Wikia map here.

God Wars Dungeon Map

There are two elements to the God Wars Dungeon map that players frequently look for. One part is the map that shows the way to access God Wars Dungeon and the other shows you how to navigate around the Dungeon.

We'd recommend the Wikia map. It's a great resource for everything you need to know about arriving to the location, fighting your way through the crowds and getting to the outside. Check it out here.

Catacombs Map

If you're in the middle of a slayer assignment in the Catacombs of Kourend most likely, you're going to need a Catacombs map to show you around. The Catacombs of Kourend is one of the biggest dungeons in OSRS It's a good idea to have an external map on hand.

Once again, we found the Catacombs map from the Old School RuneScape Wikia to prove useful. It is available here.
