The recent Genshin Impact accounts Kirara reveal puts Dendro before Geo with regard to character representation. Kirara will be the anime game‘s ninth Dendro character, and Geo has only eight in whole, although Dendro only has been playable for under eight months and Geo has become available since launch. Genshin Impact version 3.6 will probably be introducing Baizhu and Kaveh, then Kirara may come soon after.

The last Geo character to become added to the roster was Yun Jin, the opera performer from Liyue who come to version 2.4 ahead of when the release of the first Dendro characters. That was long ago in January 2022, and that we still don’t use a Geo character around the standard banner – undeniable that gets more noticeable with each passing update.

In truth, it will be difficult to create a way for a different Geo character to match into the current strong team comps introduced in Sumeru, as the element can’t react with Dendro in any way.

On a much more positive note, at the very least the new Dendro characters all seem uniquely interesting. We’ve known Baizhu for a time, and Kaveh has created a strong impression through his interactions with Alhaitham. We know minimal about Kirara, but she’s the one other cat girl that we’ve seen beyond Diona, making her inherently intriguing.

Though, we don’t know very well what her weapon or rarity level is definitely yet since she’s likely being released in version 3.7.
