Passing the SERU assessment is the key to getting your PHV license. You may get lucky and pass the test on your first attempt, but it's a pretty difficult test and there are a lot of other people competing for the same spots. You will need to study really hard to pass. If you study diligently for the assessment, you should have no problem passing it.

The good news is that you won't have to take the SERU test over again, unless you fail it on the first attempt. You will still have to pay the application fee, however, which means that you will have to seru training spend a total of $250 to be a licensed PHV driver.

If you fail the exam on your first attempt, it is possible that you will have to retake it. To pass the exam on your second attempt, you will need to score a minimum of 70% (that is 70 out of 100). You will need to prepare for the test as soon as you receive a notification that you have failed. If you fail on the second time around, your only chance to pass the test is to take the test again. However, the test taker has only one chance to pass the test. Once they have passed the test on their first attempt, they are guaranteed to pass on the second attempt.
