The British Airlines Cancellation Policy only applies to flights booked directly through the Airways website, mobile app or call center. Does not apply to tickets booked through a third-party website or travel agent. The policy applies to flight reservations made at least seven days before departure. If the reservation is made within seven days of departure, the Cancellation Policy does not apply and passengers may be subject to regular cancellation charges.
