You could have read one of my recent articles. It focused on the many causes...the several things responsible for pollutants inside our oceans, lakes, rivers, streams and aquifers. Those pollutants also result in the water we drink. That's something to consider for a moment.

Most of the pollutants are known or suspected carcinogens. The more exposure we've to those ideas, the much more likely we're to develop certain kinds of cancer. Our children have the best risks, because they are often exposed for decades to come.

If you are worried about a polluted environment, I believe that you're careful never to throw anything from the car window. But are you currently careful about everything you dump on the ground or wash down the drain.

One of the things that you can do to greatly help with water pollution control is to purchase more environmentally friendly cleansers and personal care products. Please avoid cleansers containing triclosan. You will find it in dishwashing liquids, body washes, shampoos and home pure water purifier in bdother personal care items.

The chemical antibacterial agent is persistent in the environment. It does not degrade or breakdown just how a natural compound would. Other what to watch out for are dioxins, nitrates, nitrites and sulfates.
