My name is Zhanna Trofimenko, and I am proud of who I have become today. I am 35 years old and head of the sales department at Sikabud (https://sikabud.com/). My path to this position was difficult, but every step along the way was worth it to become a true professional.
I was born and raised in a picturesque town in the south of Ukraine. From an early age, I was always active and proactive, doing sports, in particular running and swimming. Sports achievements taught me perseverance, endurance and determination, which became key in my professional career.
After school, I entered the Kyiv National University of Economics at the Faculty of Marketing. My student years gave me not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience in the field of sales and marketing. After university, I interned at several companies, gained invaluable experience and realized that my true passion is sales.
I started as a sales manager in a small company. The first steps were not easy, but I always believed in my abilities and did not stop there. My efforts were noticed, and a few years later I joined the "Sikabud" team, where I was able to fully reveal my potential.
"Sikabud" company specializes in building materials and innovative solutions for construction. As a sales manager, I develop and implement sales strategies, manage a team of managers and maintain customer relationships. I always try to be one step ahead, study new market trends and apply innovative methods to achieve maximum results.
Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle that helps keep me in shape. Running, cycling and swimming bring me not only physical pleasure, but also emotional rest. Recently, I have been seriously preparing to participate in Ironman, one of my most cherished dreams. Preparing for this competition requires a lot of self-discipline and endurance, but I am confident that I will be able to achieve my goal.
Life is a constant movement forward. I always set new goals for myself and go for them with full dedication. My story is an example of how important it is to believe in yourself, not be afraid of change and work hard to achieve your dreams. Every new day is a new opportunity to become a better version of myself, and I'm not going to stop there.
I sincerely believe that new achievements await me both in the professional and sports fields. And I am ready to accept this challenge with joy and enthusiasm, because life is too short to waste it on doubts and fears.
